Randell Environmental Consulting Pty Ltd (REC) was established by Paul Randell in 2011. Paul is a highly experienced and trusted advisor in waste management, product stewardship, and the transition to a circular economy. Over the past 20 years, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality analysis that finds clarity from complexity. He has an excellent network across government and industry. REC is located in Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia and works across all jurisdictions.

Delivery

Since 2011, REC and has delivered over 150 successful projects for all levels of Government, industry, and product stewardship organisations. Most of REC’s projects have involved stakeholder consultation and engagement, one of REC’s key strengths. To deliver larger projects REC partners with trusted consulting companies to form the right mixture of skills and experience to deliver. Paul may also be available for secondments to government or industry organisations (subject to availability and timing).
